By three generations, we are millers of wheat in Borzano of Albinea (RE) and Vicofertile (PR), among the fields of Emilia, the heart of the Italian agro-food excellence. With experience, passion and technology, we create high quality flours for every professional and craft use.
The production capacity of our plant is 700 tons per day. Our product range includes more than 50 types of flours and more than 300 different blends developed for our customers. Producing high-quality flour is for us a great responsibility.
We offer superior stability and security of our products thanks to the experience and passion of our millers, to the technology of our modern mills and to the precision of our laboratories that make inspections on 100% of the flours everyday. We are also certified according to UNI EN ISO 22000: 2005 for the management of food safety and we follow the HACCP protocols.
