Cupola Pizzeria is Lark Creek Restaurant Group’s newest restaurant celebrating Italian cuisine, now open in the Westfield San Francisco Centre. Cupola, which means “dome” in Italian, is located in the Restaurant Collection on the fourth floor of the Centre, under the iconic Emporium dome ceiling.
At Cupola Pizzeria, Chef Christian Hermsdorf, in collaboration with Lark Creek Restaurant Group Culinary Director Adrian Hoffman, offers Neapolitan-style pizza, including whole wheat options, from a handcrafted wood-burning pizza oven imported from Naples, Italy. The menu also features salads, housemade pastas, panini and desserts with an emphasis on local purveyors, as well as sustainable produce, fish and meat products. Hermsdorf sources local ingredients from Dirty Girl Produce, County Line Farm and Happy Boy Farm, among others.
Cupola Pizzeria’s traditional pizza highlights include the Margherita with San Marzano tomatoes, bufala mozzarella, basil and olive oil.
Per Culinary Director Adrian Hoffman, “Cupola offers the flavors, seasonal ingredients and style of Neopolitan pizza in a fun, fashionable atmosphere without pretense.”
