The AVPN, in collaboration with the publishing house NuiNui presents Pizza Pop-Up: the volume that tells the story of Neapolitan pizza to the little ones

On the occasion of the True Neapolitan Pizza days, AVPN dedicates an appointment to the pizza lovers of the future.

The True Neapolitan Pizza Days are in full swing. From Saturday, June 29 to Wednesday, July 3, the big party in honor of the 40th anniversary of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. From the pizza-wine tasting sessions of the "A true  Pairing" evenings, to the "Neapolitan Pizza maker for one day" the master classes for all amateur pizza makers who want to learn more closely all the secrets of the pizza world, putting their hands in the dough together with the great master pizza makers of the Association. Looking forward to "Una Storia Verace" the conference to trace the history, the evolution and boundaries achieved by pizza as well as AVPN's incredible journey of success.

Lots of appointments for fans, including the little ones, known to be among the most ardent fans of this extraordinary product. And precisely to them, on Tuesday, June 2, was dedicated the presentation of Pizza Pop- Up, the volume dedicated to the new generation of pizza-lovers. This is the first pop-up volume on a food product that aims to tell youngsters about Neapolitan pizza starting with its origins, going through the techniques of preparation, through all the flavors and doughs that characterize the complex and fascinating world of pizza. The project stems from the desire to interact with those who will write the future of pizza, in the guise of a pizza maker or in the role of a great enthusiast, transmitting the tradition, craftsmanship and historicity that make pizza a world-renowned product. The book published in Italian, French and English, was produced in collaboration with NuiNui, a publishing house whose General Manager is Laura Accomazzo, established in 2014 with the intention of bringing a breath of fresh air to the world of quality illustrated publishing.
