
From November 15 to 19, the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) will be at IGEHO Basel, Switzerland’s most important trade fair for the hotel and catering industry, bringing the aroma and culture of True Neapolitan Pizza to the heart of Europe.

During the five-day event, AVPN will coordinate the “Punto Pizza,” a space entirely dedicated to demonstrations, talks, and tastings celebrating the Neapolitan art of pizza-making. A unique opportunity to discover the secrets of authentic dough, baking techniques, and the gourmet evolution of the world’s most beloved pizza.
