Saturday, November 29, 2025 will mark a historic milestone in the global promotion of the Vera Pizza Napoletana: AVPN officially inaugurates its new AVPN Guangzhou School, located in the heart of the Guangdong region.
The event will begin with a press conference during which the professional and amateur courses aimed at emerging pizzaioli and local enthusiasts will be presented.
A representative from the Italian Consulate in Guangzhou will also attend the conference, underscoring the institutional and cultural significance of the initiative.
🎉 Following the press conference, the opening ceremony will feature a live demonstration of the art of the Neapolitan pizzaiolo, recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The fusion of Cantonese, Italian cuisine, and Neapolitan Pizza will symbolize a cultural and gastronomic bridge between two ancient traditions.

The school will be led by Luca Di Massa, AVPN Brand Ambassador and owner of the pizzeria "+39 Ita", a well-established reference for Vera Pizza Napoletana in Castenaso (Bologna).
