NAPLES- Hundreds of pizzamakers come to the workshop 'vera pizza napoletana' organized by the producer 'Le 5 Stagioni' together with the AVPN. More than two hundred pizzamakers come with their family at the event from Campania area. Children had fun trying to make the dough with master pizzaiolo and following the Acrobatic team that performed a little show for them, while the family did a tour of the tecnology Museum. The workshop was about the main characteristic of the pizza product: the University Professor Vincenzo Fogliano, the one who is in charge for the Avpn Vendors Registry, explained how to read and understand the technical parameters of the flour and how the University stated the mesure of them. At the end of the meeting all the guests tested the Pizza napoletana prepared by AVPN master pizzaioli Guglielmo Vuolo, Ciro Salvo, Roberto Morotti e Paolo Surace, prepared with a special dough, with a sepcial natural yeast (naturalmente verace).
