A true week, pizza takes the leading role

A busy week for the True Neapolitan Pizza, protagonist of several events to raise awareness and protect the typical product of Neapolitan cuisine, from the review of Buon Pescato, passing through the Contadi Castaldi, and Saporie - Street Food Festival. Reaching  Indonesia ...

We start September from 27 to 29 in Salerno, where on the Promenade Tafuri took place the fourth gastronomic event of Buon Pescato (photo) which was attended by the Executive Vice President Massimo Di Porzio and the Pizzaiolo Verace Senior Salvatore Santucci. (read more)

"Knowing and Enjoying the True Neapolitan Pizza" drinking a Contadi Castaldi Franciacorta, a two-day of tasting to discover the secrets of two famous Italian culinary excellence. The interesting event took place on 28 and 29 September in Adro, where meetings and unique tastings followed one another(view the photos).

So we arrive in Cesena, where the pizzaiolo verace Giovanni Improta transmitted the history and culture of the pizza during the Festival of Street Food "Saporie" held from October 4 to 6. On this occasion, the Association of True Neapolitan Pizza was the only representative of the world of pizza in Italy (see the photo gallery of the event).

Our journey ends in Indonesia in the great city of Surabaya, the pizzeria Antica Osteria, where Stefano Auricchio General Director of the True Neapolitan Pizza Association and true Senior Pizza Makers Corrado Scaglione and Paolo Surace held a series of seminars on True Neapolitan Pizza, bringing up to the South-east Asia the traditions of True Neapolitan Pizza.
