Aspiring professional pizza makers or, simply, aspiring pizza makers coming from all over the world may take a theory – laboratory school course first and, afterwards, may want also to enroll for additional trainings depending on one’s own professional goals and actual skills.
To those ones interested in taking the courses of 2015, AVPN recommends to contact the Association as soon as possible since there are already no available dates until next spring.
