Advance notice for the next year: forewarning a fully-booked 2015 pizza makers courses by AVPN

2015, too, is expected to be a year with a full training calendar and with a great number of participants applying to the training courses of true Neapolitan pizza.


Aspiring professional pizza makers or, simply, aspiring pizza makers coming from all over the world may take a theory – laboratory school course first and, afterwards, may want also to enroll for additional trainings depending on one’s own professional goals and actual skills. 

To those ones interested in taking the courses of 2015, AVPN recommends to contact the Association as soon as possible since there are already no available dates until next spring.
