Great excitement among the celebrities who side up with the true Neapolitan pizza; the most widespread Italian dish in the world that often proves to be just a mediocre and indigestible copy of the verace.


The famous chef Bruno Barbieri the actor Gerard Depardieu, the photographer Oliviero Toscani and the writer/intellectual Jean-Noël Schifano, i recently interviewed stated that talking about different types of pizzas like the gourmet or American style pizza or other modern versions, is incorrect because the only true pizza worthy of the name is the one created in Naples.

This, in fact, both for the precise techniques of preparation and for the choice of ingredients, is the only one that can compete with the best haute cuisine dishes as it has all the features, including lightness and digestibility, which makes it a preparation perfectly balanced in every respect.
