Opening and Delivery of the True Neapolitan Pizza Association label to the
Pizzeria Vecchia Malga in the Bologna Airport
significant date for the Association and for all the supporters of the True
Neapolitan Pizza, at 17.30 will be opened the first pizzeria AVPN in an airport
with two wood-fired ovens.
An important goal for spreading the culture of the Verace worldwide and it
becomes even more remarkable considering that the cuisine of Emilia Romagna is
a reference for gourmets and foodies. It officially opens on Feb. 23, at the Bologna
Airport Guglielmo Marconi Passenger Terminal, the Pizzeria Vecchia Malga
created with the collaboration of Luca Di Massa from the Pizzeria + 39ITA and
pizza maker of AVPN.
During the presentation, to the restaurant will be delivered
the quality mark of the True Neapolitan Pizza Association, awarded only to some
selected restaurants respecting fully the characteristics that a pizza must
have to be approved as a "true Neapolitan pizza "typical product.
