Belgian abbey beer, golden, double malt.

AROMA: Floral and spicy with notes of vanilla and cloves

TASTE: It tends to be sweet, with a slightly spicy aftertaste, notes of yellow fruits and orange peel on the finish.

COLOUR: Golden

FERMENTATION: Filtered high fermentation

ABV: 6,6%

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8°C

Flour, cereals, baked goods, leavened goods. Simple pizzas. White fish, poultry, white/fatty meat, eggs and derived from eggs, mussels. Fresh or medium-aged dairy products, Light tempura/fried foods. Sweets with vanilla, fruit salads with yellow fruit (banana, mango, etc.).

 

 

Rouge

Belgian Abbey Beer, red (amber-colored), double malt.

AROMA: Spicy with notes of toast and caramel

TASTE: a palate-filling, sweet and slightly acidic, toasted cereals, caramel and light notes of liquorice.

COLOUR: Red

FERMENTATION: High fermentation

ABV: 6,6%

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8°C

TRY WITH

“Complex” bread, gourmet pizzas, pulses. Red meats (lean meat). Cured meats, game, bbq,

Medium-aged cheeses, blue cheeses. Dry desserts (almond), mixed berries.

 

AMBRÉE

Belgian Abbey Beer, Amber, double malt.

AROMA: Spicy with roasted, hoppy notes and hints of orange zest

TASTE: Straight on the palate, excellent cut of taste given by the strong hops and roasted malt notes.

COLOUR: Copper amber

FERMENTATION: High fermentation

ABV: 6,6%

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8°C

TRY WITH

“Fatty" first courses, both fish and meat. Gourmet pizzas, fried fish. Red meat, both lean and fatty, long cooking. sheep and goat meat. Crustaceans. Semi-hard cheese, cured or smoked. Cheesecakes, desserts with cream or chocolate.

 

TRIPLE

Belgian golden, bottle-fermented Abbey Beer.

AROMAL Bakery, fruity, alcoholic notes

TASTE: Fruity notes with hints of banana and peach, the taste is enveloping your palate with an acidic, slightly bitter and persistent aftertaste.

COLOUR: Golden slightly cloudy

FERMENTATION: High fermentation. Re-fermented in bottle

ABV: 8.5%

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8°C

TRY WITH

”Complex” first courses with sauces and reductions, cheese-based pizzas. Spicy and spiced dishes. White meat, poultry, mussels. Matured and fermented cheeses Sweets made with crumbles or butter.

RITUEL 9°

Belgian Abbey Beer, amber, for meditation.

AROMA: Roasted cereals, notes of roasting, coffee and alcohol

TASTE: Complexity and harmony, the taste is between roasted and sweet, with notes of dried fruit and coffee. Pleasantly alcoholic and slightly bitter finish.

COLOUR: Amber

FERMENTATION: Filtered high fermentation

ABV: 9%

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10°C

TRY WITH

Avocado dishes. Salads with vinaigrette (dishes with a vinegar/vinegar base). Seasoned or smoked meat, cured meats. Matured, fermented, aged cheeses, etc. (e.x. Mixed platters). Salty and sweet fried foods (e.x. Pettole pugliesi). Complex and “fatty” sweets made by butter, chocolate and cream cheese.
