OPALE electric oven
The electric ovens of the Opale series are perfectly suited to the cooking of traditional Neapolitan pizza. This line is developed to cope with intense work productions, in a word, "productivity".
In the production of this line of electric ovens, particular attention was paid both to the cooking temperature (470 C) and to the productivity (cooking time = 1 min.) providing greater insulation in areas where the greatest heat loss is concentrated.
