Strapizza

Under its StraPizza brand, it produces special pizza blends (with cereals, soy, spelt, black Venus rice, organic with chia seeds, gluten free and reduced-glycemic load just to quote the most important ones), all certified VeganOK, just as BellaNapoli pizza flours “Blue” and “Red”, specifically designed to enhance the features of authentic  Neapolitan Pizza through the use of sour dough. The former for short and medium rising around 10 hours, the latter for long rising of 24 hours at least.
