Born in 2013, since its launch in 2014 has impressed experts and clients and  has been sold all over the world.

Approved and certified by AVPN ( True Neapolitan Pizza Association), now, in its last and new 2022 style even more beautiful !All the experience and expertise of Izzo are present in this oven.
The structural and electronic components are those used for decades throughout our production range.
The captivating aesthetics, the use of precious materials regardless of productive savings, and the craftsmanship that shines through in every detail, make our dome oven an UNIQUE and INIMITABLE piece, ABSOLUTELY UNMATCHED IN PERFORMANCE.
Control with electronic card with retractable microprocessor. Hand-worked antique copper front.  Clay brick cooking soil four centimeters thick ( Sorrento biscuit type).
Top of the cooking chamber in fluted refractory bricks (four centimeters thick). Bare nickel chromium resistors. Swivel wheels. Absence of combustion fumes. Sill and door frame in natural, flamed, brushed, non-stick stone.
Vintage finish with brass frames and handles. All this made with extreme care in every detail, because this oven must be chosen and appreciated as a piece of furniture, as well as for its technical perfection.
