COUPE AIR SYSTEM: THE GUARANTEE OF PERFECT COOKING UNIFORMITY
This patented system uses hot air accumulated in the dome. Coupe Air System creates an air barrier in front of the oven mouth, retaining heat inside the cooking chamber.
