Static Deck Ovens – Wood and Gas Versions

The classics of Forni Ceky's production. These ovens come in five different sizes, ranging from 100 to 150 cm in internal diameter, and are entirely handmade using refractory bricks. The external structure can take on five different shapes. Both the dome and the cooking floor are handcrafted by skilled artisans, ensuring exceptional efficiency and heat retention.

All static ovens are originally designed for wood-fired baking but can be equipped with the Ceky gas burner, allowing them to operate on gas or in a hybrid mode. The Ceky burner features an electronic control system that manages a multi-level valve, precisely adjusting the flame intensity based on the user's needs. It can operate in thermostat mode (with a set temperature) or manual mode, allowing direct flame height control.

Static ovens are fully customizable in external finishes and details, meeting the specific needs of each customer.

Rotating Deck Ovens – Wood and Gas Versions

The best-selling products in Ceky’s lineup. Rotating ovens have revolutionized the professional pizza oven market, allowing pizza makers to work more efficiently and effectively.

Like all Ceky ovens, the "Il Rotante" series is handcrafted using refractory bricks, with 60mm thick refractory slabs for the cooking surface. The oven is designed for maximum thermal efficiency, with insulation made from the best materials available on the market.

It features a capacitive touch screen control panel for easy programming and real-time adjustments during cooking. Additionally, a remote control allows operators to manage settings and start/stop the rotating deck, streamlining workflow and enabling control directly from the pizza peel, without interacting with the display.

The oven is also equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity for remote monitoring and troubleshooting. This system can notify users of malfunctions via email and allows technical support to assist remotely.

The innovative rotating cooking surface allows pizzas to be baked evenly without manual turning, significantly simplifying the pizza maker’s job. The oven autonomously completes its cooking cycles while the operator focuses on other tasks. This time-saving and ease-of-use have made the rotating oven the centerpiece of Ceky’s modern production.

Electric Ovens

The newest addition to the Ceky lineup. These electric ovens are built using the same artisanal techniques as the rest of the Ceky range, featuring hand-constructed refractory brick chambers. They deliver the same baking quality as traditional wood or gas ovens but without combustion, making installation easier as they do not require a chimney.

The lightweight design (only 600 kg) and built-in wheels make them easy to position within any establishment.

Ease of use is another key advantage. The oven's heating elements are managed by an advanced adjustable power system, allowing independent regulation of heat intensity from the upper and lower resistances. This enables precise control over baking conditions.

The oven can be pre-programmed to start automatically, ensuring it reaches the desired temperature and is ready for use without manual intervention.

The powerful incoloy heating elements, made from a special alloy capable of reaching extremely high temperatures, generate infrared heat, allowing the oven to exceed 500°C quickly while ensuring significant energy savings. The rapid cycle impulse management further reduces energy consumption, maintaining the baking temperature efficiently.
