KYS VERO 500 PRO

The KYS VERO 500 PRO is an electric pizza oven engineered to replicate the thermal behavior of a traditional Neapolitan wood-fired oven while maintaining the precision and consistency of modern electric control. Developed in Norway, the VERO 500 PRO provides balanced heat distribution and stable performance suitable for both professional and domestic use.

The oven reaches a maximum temperature of 500 °C (950 °F) and uses independent top and bottom heating elements, allowing the user to fine-tune the balance between radiant and conductive heat. This setup reproduces the dynamic heat transfer typical of masonry ovens and enables short baking times of around 60–90 seconds.

At the heart of the oven is a handmade Biscotto stone from Italy, selected for its unique thermal mass and porous composition. The Biscotto absorbs heat slowly and releases it evenly, preventing burning while achieving the characteristic light, soft crust of authentic Neapolitan pizza.

The Boost function temporarily increases the output of the top heating element to compensate for heat loss when opening the door and inserting the pizza. This helps maintain a stable dome temperature and consistent baking performance throughout the session.

The VERO 500 PRO features a compact, fully insulated steel chamber with multi-layer thermal protection for efficient heat retention and quick recovery. Digital temperature controls allow precise regulation of both heating zones and continuous monitoring of internal conditions.
