From idealization to realization, that’s how the electric Neapolitan oven comes to life in Manna Forni house.
Equipped with armoured resistors with independent management of sky and audience temperature, different settings for remote on, operation and off via Wi-fi (optional);
Idealised to reach operating temperature of 550°, too, cooking chamber built with refractory bricks and plate with Sorrento biscuit soil.
The right compromise between the ancient and the new, Masaniello MFE6 has been designed to get a result commensurate with the real Neapolitan pizza by setting cooking parameters such as 420° C of average temperature, 25% of power, soil resistance and 75% of power resistance of the sky.

The construction techniques are the same as those of a fixed oven, and its design guarantees a perfect result.
It is offered with a choice of cladding selected by the customer from those we propose. It is available with wood, gas, or combined wood/gas fuel.
Receiving certification again from the Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana is a great source of pride for us.
We are the first company to have obtained approval for the suitability of cooking Verace Neapolitan pizza for each of our ovens. This represents a significant step toward a future focused on quality and tradition.
