The new CRATOS oven is designed to preserve intact the main characteristics of tradition: baking, structure, insulation and design.
Made by using materials and techniques typical of the ancient tradition, with the addition of an electric baking chamber and innovative solutions for containing consumption, in full respect of the environment.
CRATOS is equipped with ECO-POWER and ISO MAX systems, which allow to reach the maximum operating temperature of 515°C (959°F) in just 85 minutes, while guaranteeing minimum consumption of only 6.5Kw/H.
CRATOS has the power to provide the energy needed to bake any style of pizza: traditional, Neapolitan, contemporary or gourmet, offering the possibility to decide the amount of energy required, at the time and in the way you prefer.
The oven's dimensions greatly simplify the work of pizza makers, offering the possibility of baking up to 9 pizzas at the same time, with the same perfect result.
Thanks to the H18 chamber, it is possible to perfectly bake any type of bread.
In addition, the elegant and traditional design makes it a true piece of furniture, because it is built with prestigious materials such as Sorrento Stone and black marble, and with the possibility of customizing the mosaic finish.
