A Verace Horeca: the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana at Horeca ExpoForum at stand A45

The association Verace Pizza Napoletana will be starring in Turin, from 17th to 19th March, at the Horeca Expoforum to the stand A45. Three days in which will be possible to attend  to several masterclass that have the objective to reveal the secrets of Vera Pizza Napoletana’s dough and his cooking, guided by the President Antonio pace, with the attendance of  Domenico Martucci, Brand Ambassador of Piemont region, Gennaro Ranieri and the new associated, at the Hall Horeca.

The masterclass one-hour long are organized all days from 12.30 pm to 13.30 pm with the collaboration of Molino Denti e Italforni.

Thanks to them maestri pizza maker , AVPN will show how is realized Verace’s dough using 5 basic ingredients: water, flour, salt, yeast and passion. In addition, will be insight on the preparation, filling and cooking in 60-90 seconds of the Vera Pizza Napoletana.

At the expo will proceed also to deliver the tables to the three new associates:

  • Bottega flegrea 
  • Al confine  
  • L’Artista  

Two the appointment outside the salon expected to deliver , from Antonio and Fortuna Pace, the tables to Peperino’s pizzeria (17th March) and F.lli La Cozza’s pizzeria (18th march).
