The Managing Director Massimo Di Porzio and the VPN Instructor Paolo Surace just came back from a successful trip and week in down-under, Melbourne Australia.
After the symbolic inauguration of the brand new Pizzeria 400° of Johnny Di Francesco, the first to be certified in Victoria Area, they run two seminars with lots of professional and amateurs attending them. Massimo and Paolo take very good attention in explaining the main differences between the real neapolitan pizza and the pizza 'american style' that's very popular in Australia. Before leaving they told the next step, that will be in September in Sydney.
