The old pizza restaurants in Naples that arouse the excitement of the guests with its world famous pizzas for years are the inspiration of GUSTO.
The tradition of pizza preparing is a sacred thing there. There are strictly established standards for a pizza restaurant or a pizza to be called Neapolitan. It is prescribed that the oven must be wooden fired and the temperature in it, the flour type, the dough receipt, the marzzano tomatoes, the buffalo mozzarella and the fresh basil as well. Those are receipts that have survived for more than a hundred years and their popularity increases as time go by.
