We start this section that will show monthly one member, one ancient pizzeria that has been running by the same family for long time.
This month the pizzeria choose is the Antica Osteria Pizzeria Pepe in Caiazzo (Caserta). The Pizzeria was Founded by Francesco Pepe in 1931 ad since that the Pepe family has been preparing the neapolitan pizza and his dough in the same way, without mixer, only by hands. The Pepe brothers, Franco, Massimiliano and Antonio are still continuing the tradition. Worldwide Slow food association organize lots of meeting there to show hosts how the pizza napoletana should be done.
