The 55th edition of the Grape Festival Castenaso in Bologna from 17 to 20 of September is the occasion for Our Association to present the Pizzafest stand that will be managed by Marco e Luca Di Massa, owners of Pizzeria 'da Tonino' in Bologna. During the festival will be annonced the first edition of Pizzafest Castenaso thet is going to take place there in 2011, another stage in the Pizzanapoletana Tour 2011: in addition to Nonantola (MO) where the pizzanapoletana tour has been performing since 2001 it will get some other Emilia romagna village.
At the Pizzafest stand, the pizzamakers of Pizzeria 'da Tonino' in Bologna will show how to prepare a real neapolitan pizza and the art of matching the taste of the juicy pizza with the best wines.
Moreover, Sunday 19 the Rai television is going to take a shoot and film the stand with the journalist Monica Gaburro and the wine and food journalist Giorgio Menna.
