In Skopje (Macedonia) Real Neapolitan Pizza became the star (as usual!!) of the Italian cuisine.
Thanks to the effort and to hospitality of Italian embassy in Macedonia toghether with Gusto Pizza & Wine, the festival of Italian cuisine is being hold in Skopje.
Giulio Adriani carries on his trip in Macedonia representing our VPN and managing to show everybody (most of all professional workers, italians and people who loves the real neapolitan pizza) the main difference between the real pizza and the international style pizza: the dough, teh method of production and the typical products of the food pizza chain. Every evening he trains workers and common people trying to teach some secrets (not all, plese Giulio!!!) of the production according to our rules and disciplinare, whose roots comes from the old neapolitan tradition. Congratulation to Giulio and a new step for the VPN around the world!
