The Ambassadors  of good food in the world
We thank the article by John Amodio, released on Pizza & Core, for mentioning the work of the AVPN in recent years in Japan and in the world. We reiterate that while it is hard for Italians to abroad to be ambassadors of good food, even more difficult is the work of those like us who promove the Neapolitan pizza in the world persuading not only their "fellow countrymen" to make a good pizza, but also win the "hart" of foreigners to make a true Neapolitan pizza. We think this is a real victory ...
