A great success for the AVPN tour in U.S. and Canada
The True Neapolitan Pizza Association President Antonio Pace, Vice President Lello Surace and the instructor Roberto di Massa flew to the U.S. and Canada, where, along with the delegate of the VPN Americas Peppe Miele, gave life, from October 24 to 30, to a series of seminars and events to promote the True Neapolitan Pizza.
The tour started with a technical meeting dedicated to business operators held at the headquarters of the VPN Americas in Los Angeles and it continued in New York where, in addition to a workshop dedicated to the dough for the True Neapolitan Pizza took place a wonderful soiree for the presentation of the new member No. 459, Ribalta.
The tour ended in Toronto, Canada, with the participation in the Pizza Show and an evening event at the affiliated pizzeria Libretto.
A new success for the AVPN that keeps on spreading the knowledge and traditions of the True Neapolitan Pizza around the world. The tour was made possible thanks to the collaboration of flours partners Le 5 Stagioni.
