The AVPN flies to Brazil

An important and intensive tour for the development of the culture and tradition of pizza in Brazil.

The Association of the True Neapolitan Pizza continues its work in promoting and spreading the culture of the true pizza around the world, so they fly to Brazil.

The tour will kick off Thursday, January 16 with the certification of "Leggera", the new pizzeria of the AVPN trustee André Guidon which, just from the start, achieved resounding success in São Paulo.


On January 17, São Paulo will host the first Convention of AVPN which will get together all the Brazilian Members in order  to organize activities and initiatives planned for 2014 aimed at promoting the knowledge about the "true Neapolitan pizza" in this vast South American country.

The tour will close on January 19 in Santo André with an interesting tasting evening that will take place at the pizzeria "Grazie Napoli."

The tour has been possible thanks to the collaboration of the Molino Caputo, Ciao il pomodoro di Napoli, Gi.Metal and Stefano Ferrara Forni.
