as all previous years, VPN Americas will be present at the International Pizza Expo from March 24 to 26 in Las Vegas.
Here below all the activities that will be part of the 3 days presence:
* Introduction of the Valoriani Gas Oven "Verace".
* Daily workshops with our Master Pizzaioli (daily from 10 am to 2pm).
* Technical seminars with our Local Promoters and tasting of the traditional Pizza and Pizza Fritta (daily from 2 pm to 3 pm).
* Presentation and sale of the english version of the book "Flour, Water, Yeast, Salt and Passion".
* Sign to become Friend of Vera Pizza Napoletana.
* Sign to apply for the Albo Pizzaioli (Pizza Maker Registry).
