Everybody in cue to taste the neapolitan pizza!
A piece of Naples straight in Monterrey - Messico thanks to neapolitan master pizzaioli Lello Surace, Gaetano Fazio, Nicola Pizza e Pasquale Parziale who had been flying for 18 hours to get to Monterrey!
The problems came when the wodden fire ovens that the AVPN sent in Mexico were stopped at the customs house and all the ingredients (plum tomatoes and mozzarella) were seized by the custom officiers.
But our representative staff, including Mauro Scalabrini, Peppe Caravelli and Giuseppe Ioimo were able to obtain the wodden fired ovens free just before the events started: better late than ever!!
The master pizzaioli were able to produce pizzas for the customers preparing the dough only by hands, in artigianal way like in the past... since that the sun shined again... and all the people stands in cue waiting for a piece, at least a piece of a "real neapolitan pizza".
