The Board of Directors A.V.P.N. flew to Osaka in Japan on Saturday the 24th of May 2008.
Following the official opening of the Japan VPN Delegation last April 2007, with Government representatives, the Delegation, run by Akio Nishikawa e Yoichi Watanabe, selected seven new pizzerias in Japan as candidates to become member of VPN association in 2008.
The Board will visit all the candidates to verify that all the rules are respected according to the VPN 'disciplinare'.
The presence in Osaka of both the President Antonio Pace and the Managing Director Massimo di Porzio will be used to sign a agreement between the AVPN and Jalpak, the Official Japanese Airline, to organize educational visits for candidates to learn more about "pizza napoletana" during "Pizzafest" the Annual festival organised by the association in Naples.
