RESERVATION TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read carefully the reservation, payment, cancellation and modification rules indicated below.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
Each booking, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract in accordance with current Italian
legislation. The contract is binding for those who make the reservation and for all other persons
mentioned in it. It is possible to send a request for availability by e-mail or directly make the online
purchase of the service on the pizzanapoletana.org website. After sending the reservation request,
the customer will receive an email in which he will be asked to pay for the service. Once the
payment has been received, the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana will provide the service. In
case of any impossibility to provide the service, the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana will
inform the Customer and will return him the paid amount.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION
In order to provide a quality service, respecting the Customers and the organization of the service,
cancellations and changes of the reservations are subject to charges. This policy is applied to groups
and individuals who have booked through pizzanapoletana.org
For cancellations made more than 7 days before the beginning of the experience: total refund;
For cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the beginning of the experience:
cancellations subject to a fee of € 10.00 per person;
For cancellations made within 3 days before the beginning of the experience: there is no refund.
No refunds are provided in case of late arrival (after the beginning of experience).
Changes to this policy:
The terms of this policy may change at the discretion of the Associazione. In case of changes,
the new policy is applied to all the experiences booked after the date and time of the relative
publication on pizza napoletana.org.
