The Verace Dough

Verace dough is a video course created to reveal the secrets of the dough which is the basic element of a Neapolitan pizza “made to the highest standard” but also for many other preparations within the Neapolitan cuisine. In this video, the AVPN Instructor Peter Surace demonstrates in a simple way all the steps to make a correct dough according to the Neapolitan tradition. You will discover that just as years ago you will easily be able to make a handmade dough at home with the same results obtained in Neapolitan pizzerias. A video that illustrates the procedures and also explains the technical reasons; it is important to follow the precise instructions in order to obtain a digestible and tasty pizza dough. Should I add salt before the yeast when mixing pizza dough? Should I add sugar to the dough? We are aware that nowadays it can be quite confusing due to the information available on the internet, therefore we have created a straightforward video for you to always keep at hand whenever you need to make a Neapolitan Pizza dough.
