The Neapolitan tradition: Tortano

The Tortano is one of the dishes that best represents the culinary traditions of Naples. This speciality is prepared above all at Easter, however it is also made throughout the year as itʼs considered a complete meal that has a unique flavour. Eggs,ham,cheese and pepper are only some of the ingredients that are regularly used and which you will learn how to properly mix thanks to Peter Suraceʼs guidance,the True Neapolitan Pizza Association expert instructor. In addition, in this video you will assist in the various handling techniques through which you can create the typical long rolled shape that makes the tortano an authentic dish.
