Cooking in a wood fired oven

- In this video you will learn how to prepare, according to the teachings of the Association Instructor, some typical Neapolitan dishes, the Pizzaiola Meat, the anchovies in the pan and the Pasta with Beans, all cooked in a wood oven.

- Pizzaiola meat is a simple and tasty dish, that brings together the aromas and flavors of the Neapolitan tradition in a single recipe. The term "Pizzaiola" recalls the close relationship between this dish and Pizza. Anchovies in Tortiera are also a typical Neapolitan fish dish that is light, cheap and nutritious. When simple seasonings are used and cooked in the oven, this dish will be ready to be served and enjoyed in all its freshness.
Pasta with beans is also a typical expression of Naples and its simple Neapolitan cuisine.
Thanks to our Instructor Gennaro Langella and the very useful tips of the AVPN founder Antonio Pace, you can learn to cook these nutritious dishes, fully in line with the Neapolitan culinary tradition.
