AVPN Flies to Milan for TuttoFood 2025

From May 5 to 8, the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana will be taking part in TuttoFood, the renowned international food and beverage exhibition held at Fiera Milano – Rho.

You can find us at Hall 14 – Stand K19, in collaboration with the Campania Region and with the technical support of Manna Forni.

Over the four days of the event, AVPN will present a rich program of masterclasses and tastings celebrating the art of authentic Neapolitan pizza, featuring some of Italy’s most respected pizzaioli.

Monday, May 5

  • 11:30 AM – “The secrets of True Neapolitan Pizza and its ingredients”
     Giulio Alberto Rega (Pizzeria Lucia dal 1987) and Ciro Coppola (Fratelli Coppola)

  • 3:00 PM – “Queen Margherita, the excellence of the most iconic pizza”
    with Corrado Scaglione (Enosteria Lipen)

Tuesday, May 6

  • 11:30 AM – “Verace Generation and the certified dough”
    with Ciro and Antonio Coppola (Fratelli Coppola)

  • 3:00 PM – “Marinara: the authentic taste!”
    with Antonio Politelli (O’ Peperino e Milano)

Wednesday, May 7

  • 11:30 AM – “The importance of baking in a True Neapolitan Pizza”
    with Salvatore Russo (Mammina Milano)

  • 3:00 PM – “Water, flour, yeast, salt, and passion”
    with Antonello Cioffi (La Piedigrotta Varese)

Thursday, May 8

  • 12:00 PM – “The secrets of verace dough”
    with Daniele Patrizio (La Terrazza) and Ciro Coppola (Fratelli Coppola)
