October will take the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana to three major appointments across Italy and Asia.
On October 8, Naples will host the opening of the 16th edition of OPSON, the international operation dedicated to tackling food fraud. AVPN Vice President Massimo Di Porzio will take part as a special panelist in the session focused on pizza.
On the same day in Seoul, AVPN President Antonio Pace and Director General Stefano Auricchio, together with master pizzaiolo Fulvio Belfiore, will officially open the Association’s new school in South Korea. The first training course will begin on October 12.
Finally, on October 17, Secretary General Paolo Surace and Director General Stefano Auricchio will travel to Guangzhou for the opening of two new affiliated pizzerias and the presentation of two AVPN plaques. With these new additions, the number of AVPN-affiliated pizzerias in China will rise to more than ten.
