AVPN opens its new school in South Korea
From October 4, a delegation from the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana will be in South Korea for the opening of the Association’s new AVPN school in Seoul. The inauguration ceremony will take place on October 8 at 7:00 pm at the school’s premises, located on the second floor of 135-7 Daehak-ro, in Seoul’s Jongno-gu district.
The delegation will be led by AVPN President Antonio Pace and will include Director General Stefano Auricchio and master pizzaiolo Fulvio Belfiore.
The new school has been established to offer training in Vera Pizza Napoletana in South Korea, following the Association’s regulations and methods.
The first course will begin on October 12, led by master pizzaiolo Lee Jin-hyung and master pizzaiolo Fulvio Belfiore, who will both be on site for the launch of the training programme.
During the delegation’s visit, two new AVPN plaques will also be presented to Izza and Sangha Kitchen, officially recognizing their membership in the Association’s international network.
