AVPN at the "Aeromart" international meeting in Toulouse for neapolitan dinner and degustation.
The "aeromart" starter yesterday the 3th of december and will end today the 4th of december.
Our representative Staff head by Stefano Auricchio, Peppe Ioimo, Giuseppe Caravelli and our master Pizzaiolo Gaetano Fazio and 3 Neapolitan Chefs flew to Toulouse to organize a special event-dinner for 200 international members. The Degustation Menù will be composed by Verace Pizza Napoletana, "casatiello", Typical Christhmas Ricotta Pie, Hand made Paccheri pasta with neapolitan Genovese sauce, Friarielli and Braciole, Babà and pastiera, gone with the best Campania wines, Asprino d'Aversa e Taurasi.
