San Antonio, TX (March 28, 2011) – Dough Pizzeria, a popular local restaurant owned by Doug and Lori Horn, will make its television debut on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, Monday, April 11, at 9pm/8c. The show, airing on the Food Network, stars Guy Fieri and features his travels around America as he stops by popular local eateries and showcases the best of what these restaurants have to offer.Dough Pizzeria closed its doors for several days in January while the filming took place. The episode will highlight owner and chef, Doug Horn´s unique Neapolitan cooking techniques and give viewers a behind-the-scenes look at how food is selected and prepared at Dough Pizzeria.
