Roni learned within a few days to prepare the basis for a true Neapolitan pizza. Dough, rising, selection of the ingredients: a small stock of knowledge that can help him now, to find a good job and build a family. Roni is one of the guys who took part in one of the last courses organized by AVPN that welcomes aspiring pizza makers coming from Children’s homes. We like to remember this moment with the words of Maria Carmela Napolitana, coordinator of community Albachiara:
"I am writing to inform you that these days of course in Naples were to Roni, despite the fatigue and tiredness, a cause of joy and pride the enthusiasm for participating in the training program you offered and promoted gave back to him meaning of his sacrifice and the care of those who are participating in the educational and life project. The Community educational team would like to thanks the association for this opportunity, through which we met a beautiful new reality that makes us feel less alone in assisting the kids throughout the difficult roads of everyday life ".
