A lesson about the Neapolitan Pizza
Students from all over Europe in Naples to learn the secrets of pizza
Even Naples participates in FOOD4THOUGHT the project by the European agency Comenius that aims to sensitize young people about a proper nutrition and the specificities of the local gastronomies. On January 23, a group of 40 students from different European countries will take part in a seminar on the True Neapolitan at Pizza Pizzeria Mattozzi in Piazza Carita', an important opportunity to learn all the secrets of this Neapolitan dish, unveiled by one of the deans of pizza, the founder of AVPN Lello Surace. This meeting will be attended by the guys of "Socrate" of Marano di Napoli, the Gloucester School (UK school based in Germany), the Gimnazjum im 32. D.G. Fahrenheit (Poland), the Private Secondary Vocational School CA & TS (Slovakia), Peter-August-Bockstiegel Gesamtschule Borgholzhausen / Werther (Germany)
