Pizza and wine in search of the perfect match

From February the evenings event signed by AVPN and Italian Sommelier Association - Section Naples
Although the combination of pizza and beer is the hottest of all, there is growing interest for the pairing, with wines and sparkling wines. But how to choose the right drink for a pizza? The AVPN launched, in collaboration with the Naples AIS, a series of initiatives to involve consumers and experts on the subject. The program includes tasting evenings reserved to the Club of Pizza Friend (an appointment each 15 days. First Event February 26th at Ciro a Santa Brigida), and training meetings dedicated to pizza.
