Before coming back to Italy, Lello Surace and Gaetano Fazio -pizza masters from our Association- carried out a up-dating workshop and a training course on the original Neapolitan pizza in Tokyo, at the "Piccola Tavola" pizza-restaurant.
All the 80 participants, divided in two groups, belonged to the Japanese VPN Association.
Surace and Fazio answered all their numerous questions. They were really satisfied about the participants enthusiasm and they promised they will meet again in November, when our masters will be back in Tokyo for their next meeting.
