'Pizzanapoletana in tour' a SALT EXPO'
Between 3 and 6 May, in Mostra d'Oltremare in Naples an expo' will be held for those who are interested to find out as much as possible about the Salt world:
fests, recipes, salt in history and literature, how important it is for our health and many more curios. In fact, life is not possible without SALT, yet what would this life be without any SALT at all!
Our Association will attend the meeting with a "Pizzanapotena in Tour" travelling pizza truck. Every day it will be possible to taste an original artisan Neapolitan pizza served right from the oven, by the pizza masters belonging to our Association.
On Thursday the 3rd and Friday the 4th of May at 17.00, laboratories will be held to study the dough process and techniques to make an original Neapolitan pizza. More particularly a lesson will be done about the importance of the salt in the dough; afterwards there will be a tasting set of pizzas made with the different salt qualities, e.g. seaweed salt, cumin and so on.
