The aim of the course is to train the participants in the business start-up or in the optimization and development of the already existing activity through the knowledge of the main fundamental subjects to improve decision making skills and for the strategic operational management of the business.
Participation is open to the AVPN courses’ students and to outsiders: pizzeria startuppers, restaurateurs, professionals, store managers and entrepreneurs in the food sector.
The program is divided into lessons of 4 hours (14.00-18.00 / 15.00-19.00) and 8 hours (9.00-18.00) with relative breaks, which will be held at the end of the final exam of the basic course each month.
Participants: min. 4 max 10
Course duration: 20 hours (2 and a half days)
At the end of the course a certificate of participation will be issued.
