The on peel Pizza course is a high-profile training course with limited number applications that allows you to acquire skills and high practical proficiency in the making of the on peel Pizza and its garnishing.
The in-depth technical course aims to train whoever desires to:

The program is divided into 8-hour lessons which will be held for 2 consecutive days, during which the students will have the opportunity to ask questions and constantly obtain clarifications.
