The three days of technical study aims to train those who:

want to deepen their knowledge on the preparation and processing of real fried pizza
wants to offer its customers a wider and equally tasty offer.
A high-profile and limited-number training masterclass led by an AVPN Master that allows you to acquire high-level skills and practical skills in making Fried Pizza.
