VPN Training 2010/2011
Seven students, arriving from all around the world are attending the 2010 last training of VPN, in our Pizza school in Poggioreale. The maestro pizzaiolo Guglielmo Vuolo vwith his assitent Paolo Surace are going to reveal all the secret and thinghs about verace pizza napoletana, and saturday morning there will be the final test, to check the level of learning of the students.
The full immersion trainings, with practical laboratory and lessons about all the ingredients and equipement for preparing a real neapolitan pizza according to the old tradition, will start againg next january 2011.
